０は抵抗、１１ないし１３はコンデンサ、１４は出力端
子、１５は抵抗、１６ないし１９はダイオード、２０は
検波回路をそれぞれ表わしている。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 演算増幅器と、可変抵抗素子としてＦＥＴトランジスタ
    を用いたウィーンブリッジと、該演算増幅器の出力を抵
    抗を介して背中合せに接続されたダイオードとツェナー
    ダイオードとて検波した後抵抗とコンデンサとの並列回
    路で平滑して前記ＦＥＴトランジスタのゲート電圧を制
    御する検波回路とを備えたウィーンブリッジ型発振回路
    において：前記Ｆ、ＥＴ　トランジスタのゲートとソー
    スとの間に抵抗と複数個のダイオードとを直列に接続し
    、発振出力の温度補償を行うようにしたことを特徴とす
    るウィーンブリッジ型発振回路。
