    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 抵抗とコンデンサからなり、入力信号が加えられると、
    コンデンサに充電される時定数回路と、この時定数回路
    のコンデンサの両端電圧の変化に応じて内部抵抗が変化
    するトランジスタと、前記コンデンサの両端電圧を前記
    トランジスタのベースに与えるための第２の抵抗と、前
    記時定数回路のコンデンサの前記抵抗接続端と前記トラ
    ンジスタの出力電極間に接続されるダイオードとからな
    る可変抵抗回路。
