    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発振用トランジスタのベースに電源からバイアス電流を
    供給する限流抵抗と直列に、ゲートバイアス電圧がＯの
    ときにオン状態となる電界効果トランジスタを接続し、
    発振トランスの出力を整流平滑する整流平滑する整流平
    滑回路の出力を発振用トランジスタのベースバイアス電
    源とすると共に、前記電界効界トランジスタをオフ状態
    とするゲートバイアス電源として成るトランジスタイン
