  1. 指状に分かれて半導体基板の一導電形の領域の
    表面に接触する層状電極の基部が基面上に絶縁層
    を介して配置され、該絶縁層上の電極基部に外部
    導出線が接続されるものにおいて、電極基部の外
    部導出線との接続部と該接続部に近い指状部との
    間の電極層の両部を結ぶ線を横切る領域が除去さ
    れたことを特徴とする半導体装置。
