- 作業ツールの反力の大きさに応じてアクチユエ
ータを制御し、リストのコンプライアンスを動作
内容に応じて変化させるようにした可変コンプラ
イアンス機構において、ダイヤフラムと、前記ダ
イヤフラム内に充填された流体と、前記流体の圧
力調節器と、前記ダイヤフラムにより駆動されか
つ作業ツールが取り付けられるツール側取付部と
、前記ダイヤフラムが取り付けられ前記流体の流
路を有し前記ツール側取付部を摺動可能に支持す
るアーム側取付部とを有することを特徴とする可
変コンプライアンス機構。
