Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔技術分野〕 本発明はワイヤ式ドツトプリンタの駆動装置に関する。
〔従来技術〕
ワイヤ式ドツトプリンタにおいて良好な品字品質を得る
には、全ワイヤの飛行距離および飛行速度を正確に管理
、維持することが必要であるが、ワイヤ駆動部材の支点
軸を磁性材料で造られた部材によシ挾持する構造の印字
ヘッドにおいては、支点軸の接触部が摩耗し、ワイヤ駆
動部材の支点軸を長期にわたって安定して挾持すること
が困難であり、ワイヤ飛行距離、飛行速度が変化すると
いう問題があった。
〔目　的〕
本発明はかかる問題に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的
とするところは、ワイヤ駆動部材の支点軸挾持部材に特
殊な材料を使用することや特殊な処理をすることなく容
易な方法で支点軸挟持部材の摩耗を防ぎ、長期にわたっ
て良好な印字品質が得られるワイヤ式ドツトプリンタを
提供することにある。
〔特　徴〕
すなわち本発明はかかる目的を達成するためにワイヤ駆
動部材の揺動支点軸を挾持するとともに磁路の一部を構
成すべくスリットを形成した板状部材の支点軸接触部に
耐摩耗性シートを載置したワイヤ式ドツトプリンタにあ
る。
〔実施例〕
そこで以下に本発明の詳細を図示した実施例に基づいて
説明する。
図面はいずれも本発明の一実施例を示したものであって
、図中符号１は先端にワイヤノーズ２を有するフレーム
で、この内面には１２個のコイルコア８をリング状に形
成した磁性材よりなる浅い有底円筒状のコアブロック７
が一体的に固設され、その上には第２図に示したように
１２本のスリット１１を放射状に形成した磁性材よりな
る有底円筒状のヨーク１０がコイルコアＢの頂部と一定
間隔を設けて載置され、さらにその上にはワイヤ駆動杆
１６の軸支持機構１５を有する１２本の放射状スリット
１４を形成した磁性材よシなる円板状のサイドヨーク１
３が耐摩耗性シート２２を介して積層載置されている。
耐摩耗性シート２２は本発明の特徴的部分をなすもので
、支点軸１９と目−り１２が直接接触しないように放射
状の突起２４を有し高精度に板厚が管ｆＭされている。
本冥施例においては８に一５焼入鋼体をエツチングによ
シ加工したものである。
これらの各スリット１１．１４と横みぞ１５に杆部と軸
部を合致させるようにして耐摩耗性シート２２の上に１
２個のワイヤ駆動杆１６が載置され、さらにその上にこ
れらを覆うようにして押え板２３が耐摩耗性シー）２２
”を介して載置され全体は固定ばね２９によって固定さ
れている。２２および２２′は同一部品とすることが可
能である。
このように構成されたプリンタにおいて印字指令信号に
より選択された１つもしくは複数の駆動コイル９に電流
が印加されるとコイルコア８からサイドヨーク１３と有
底円筒状ヨーク１０内を流れる磁束とによって駆動杆１
６は吸引されコイルボビン９から突出した２本の突片９
ａに案内されて横揺ｎすることなく図中反時計方向に回
動し先端に保持したプリントワイヤ２０を図示し彦いイ
ンクリボンを介して記録紙上に打接する。
〔効果〕
以上述べたように本考案によれば、磁路を構成する支点
挾持部材が軟質の材料であっても、支点部の摩耗を防ぐ
ことができ安定したワイヤ駆動を長期にわたって維持す
ることが可能である。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. スリットを形成した磁路の一部を構成する板状部材をヘ
    ッドの軸心と直交する向きに配設するとともに、該スリ
    ット内にプリントワイヤ駆動部材をヘッドの軸心方向に
    揺動可能に配設する構造のワイヤ式ドットプリンタにお
    いて、上記ワイヤ駆動部材の揺動支点軸を挾持する部材
    と上記支点軸との接触部に耐摩耗性シートを載置したこ
    とを特徴とするワイヤ式ドットプリンタ。
