５図は、それぞれ第２図におけるエンジンマウント装置
の筒状マウント体を単体状態で示す正面図であって、第
４図は予備圧縮前の状態を、また第５′図が予備圧縮後
の状態をそれぞれ示している。 第６図は第２図に示すエンジンマウント装置のエンジン
ローリング方向におけるバネ特性を示すグラフである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１） ＦＦ車の横置きエンジン車体を弾性的に支持
    するエンジンマウント装置であって、 該エンジンの車両左右方向におけるローリング中心線と
    平行に配置され、該エンジンと車体との何れか一方の側
    の軸が挿通される内筒金具と、該内筒金具の外側に径方
    向の間隔を有して平行に配置され、前記エンジンと車体
    との他方の側に敢り付けられる外筒金具と、それら内筒
    金具と外筒金具とを該内筒金具の径方向における両側に
    それぞれ空間が生じる状態で弾性的に連結するゴム弾性
    体とを含む筒状マウント体を用いると共に、かかる筒状
    マウント体を、それ、ら二つの空間が互いに対向する方
    向と前記ローリング中心線まわりのエンジンローリング
    方向とがほぼ一致し、且つ車両上下方向における振動荷
    重に対しては前記ゴム弾性体が主に圧縮変形作用を受け
    、エンジンローリング方向における振動荷重に対しては
    主に剪断変形作用を受ける姿勢において、前記エンジン
    と車体との間に配置するようにしたことを特徴とするＦ
    Ｆ横置きエンジン車用エンジンマウント装置。 、（２）前記筒状マウント体の外筒金具に、予め縮径加
    工が施されることにより、前記ゴム弾性体に対して無負
    荷状態において前記空間の何れか一方を消滅させる向き
    の予脚圧−が加えられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １倒記載のエンジンマウント装置。 （３）前記ゴム弾性体が、前記内筒金具の外周面の全周
    を取り巻きつつ、該内筒金具と前記外筒金具とを連結す
    名と共に、その取り巻きの一部が該内筒金具の外周面と
    ほぼ同心的な囮弧凸状に形成されて、前記二つの空間の
    一方に臨むようにされ、且う該円弧凸状のゴム部分が、
    前記外−筒金具の内面において該ゴム部分に対応する円
    弧凹状に形成されたストツパゴムに当接せしめられ得る
    ようになっている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または
    第２項記載のエンジンマウント装置。
