Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 結晶面が（１００）の面方向の半導体単結晶の
ダイヤフラムの起歪部上に不純物の拡散により形
成され被測定圧力に応答する圧力ゲージと、前記
ダイヤフラムの固定部に不純物の拡散により形成
され前記ダイヤフラムの温度変化に応答する温度
ゲージと、前記圧力ゲージの電源端に定電流が供
給されたときの出力端に発生する電圧Ｅｓｉと前
記圧力ゲージの前記電源端に定電圧が供給された
ときの前記出力端に発生する電圧Ｅｓｖと前記温
度ゲージに定電流を供給したときのその両端に発
生する電圧ＥＲｉと基準温度において前記温度ゲ
ージの前記両端に発生する電圧ＥＲｉ０と定数Ｃ
とを用いて実質的に なる出力電圧Ｅ０を演算する演算手段とを具備し
、前記ダイヤフラムに印加される被測定圧力に対
応した前記出力電圧Ｅ０を出力することを特徴と
する半導体圧力変換器。
