う演算手段を有し、その演算結果を操作信号とし
て出力する調節計において、 前記偏差信号の大きさを判定する偏差信号監視
手段と、 この偏差信号監視手段の監視結果に基づいて前
記演算手段に与える偏差信号の大きさを補正する
偏差補正手段と を設けたことを特徴とする調節計。
