Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電離型の圧力センサと、水晶振動子を用いた
    圧力センサを共通の被測定容器へ取付け、各圧力
    センサを制御回路と接続して被測定容器の圧力を
    測定する気体圧力計において、前記水晶振動子を
    用いた圧力センサと制御回路との接続線路中の、
    被測定容器側にプリアンプが設けてあることを特
    徴とした気体圧力計。 ２ 水晶振動子を用いた圧力センサを被測定容器
    へ取付け、該圧力センサを制御回路と接続して被
    測定容器の圧力を測定する気体圧力計において、
    前記水晶振動子を用いた圧力センサと制御回路と
    の接続線路中の、被測定容器側にプリアンプが設
    けてあることを特徴とした気体圧力計。
