- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 測定液体中へ投入し、液頭圧を検出する圧
力検出部を有し、この圧力検出部で検出された圧
力から測定液体の液位を検出する投込式液位計に
おいて、液位測定範囲での前記圧力検出部の出力
特性値データを内蔵し、測定する実液頭圧値と前
記し出力特性値データから比較演算する手段を具
備することで前記圧力検出部の直線性誤差を排除
したことを特徴とする投込式液位計。 ２ 出力特性値データと内蔵する手段として不揮
発性メモリを採用した請求項第１項記載の投込式
液位計。
