- 圧力変化を圧力検知素子の共振周波数の変化に
対応する発振周波数の変化として検出するセンサ
部と、センサ部の出力から発振周波数を求めこれ
をデジタル信号として出力するカウンタ部とをセ
ンサ本体に内蔵したことを特徴とするデジタル圧
力センサ。
