  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 非絶縁性液体の存在によつて電気抵抗が変化す
    る漏洩検出センサと、 この漏液検出センサの電気抵抗を直流電圧に変
    換する電圧変換回路と、 この電圧変換回路の出力電圧を基準電圧と比較
    する比較回路と、 可聴周波数帯を含む信号を発生する発振回路と
    、 前記比較回路が漏液状態を検知しているとき前
    記発振回路出力を有効にして発音体を駆動する出
    力制御回路とを備え、 少なくとも前記比較回路と発振回路を単一の半
    導体集積回路内に構成したことを特徴とする漏液
    検知装置。
