Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧力変化を圧力検知素子の共振周波数の変化に
対応する発振周波数の変化として検出する圧力セ
ンサ部と、圧力センサによる検出圧力を温度補正
するために圧力雰囲気の温度を検出する温度セン
サとをセンサ本体に搭載してなる圧力センサであ
つて、 上記温度センサの出力を電圧信号として出力す
る温度センサ回路と、 該温度センサ回路の出力端に接続され、該温度
センサ回路出力中の上記圧力センサ出力周波数成
分をカツトするフイルタと、 該フイルタの出力端に接続され、出力インピー
ダンスを低くするバツフアアンプとを備えたこと
を特徴とする圧力センサ。
