Claims (1)
- 熱伝導性基板の一方の面にはレーザ光吸収面が
設けられ、前記熱伝導性基板の他方の面には前記
レーザ光吸収面の中心に対して同心円上にレーザ
光測定用熱電対ユニツトが設けられ、前記熱伝導
性基板の周囲には放熱器が設けられているレーザ
パワーメータにおいて、前記レーザ光吸収面側の
前記放熱器には大気温と該放熱器との温度差を測
定する温度補正用熱電対が取付けられ、前記レー
ザ光測定用熱電対ユニツトの測定温度出力信号と
前記温度補正用熱電対の補正温度出力信号とは測
定すべきエネルギーが前記レーザ光吸収面に与え
られていない状態で前記測定温度出力信号を前記
補正温度出力信号でキヤンセルするように演算増
幅器に入力されていることを特徴とするレーザパ
ワーメータ。
