Claims (1)
- 温度変化に対応してエネルギーギヤツプが変化
する半導体温度感知素子を備えてなる光学式温度
計に使用される光方向性結合器であつて、ケーシ
ング内に一定波長成分の光のみを透過し他の波長
成分の光または他の波長成分の内の一定波長成分
の光のみを反射する光学フイルタを有し、前記ケ
ーシング内には、前記光学フイルタに対する各光
路位置に素子取付部を設け、該素子取付部に発光
素子と受光素子の少なくとも一方を取り付けたこ
とを特徴とする光学式温度計における光方向性結
合器。
