Claims (1)
- センサ部と、距離的にへだたる計測部とからな
り、前記センサ部は、電力共給用の入射光を光電
交換して回路電源とする手段と、センサの検出し
た信号により光を変調して出射する手段とを有し
、前記計測部は前記センサ部への電力供給用の投
射光を発生する手段と、前記センサ部からの入射
光を検出し、センサ検出信号を復調する手段とを
有することを特徴とするセンサシステム。
