濃度と光検出出力との関係を示す図、第３図は従来の濃
度計を示す電気回路図、第４図は従来の濃度計における
濃度Ｎと測定出力Ｖｏとの関係を示す図、第５図はこの
考案による濃度計の一例を示す電気回路図である。 １１：光源、１２：測定セル、１４：測定対象、１６：
変換器としての受光素子、１７：光源よりの光を直接受
光する変換器としての受光素子、２３：増幅器、１９：
基準信号との差をとる差動増幅回路、２２：光源の制御
回路、２８：測定出力端子、２９：差動増幅回路１９の
出力と測定セルの透過出力との差をとる差動増幅回路。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定対象に光を照射する光源と、その光源からの直射光
    を電気信号に変換する第１変換回路と、゛その第１変換
    回路の出力と第１基準信号との差を増幅して測定出力を
    出力する第１差動増幅回路と、上記光源からの上記測定
    対象の透過光を電気信号に変換する第２変換回路と、そ
    の第２変換回路の出力と上記第１差動増幅回路の出力と
    の差を増幅する第２差動増幅回路と、その第２差動増幅
    回路の出力に基づき上記光源より照射する光量を制御す
    る光源制御回路とを具備する光照射濃度計。
