Description
第１図は、本発明の実施例を示す反射式光フア
イバーセンサーを用いた液面検出装置のシステム
構成図、第２図は液面とフアイバー端面間の距離
と光センサー出力の一測定例である。第３図は従
来の反射式光フアイバーセンサーを用いた液面検
出装置のシステム構成図である。以下に図中の符
号を説明する。 １は反射式光フアイバーセンサー、２は投光用
光フアイバー、３は受光用光フアイバー、４は光
源、５は受光センサー、６はリニアライザー、７
は液面制御器、８は固定板、９は液体、１０は電
動バルブ。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (イ) 光を透過し易い液体９の液中に投光用光フ
アイバー２および受光用光フアイバーー３を一体
化した反射式光フアイバーセンサー１の端面を光
軸が液面に対し垂直なるように設置する。 (ロ) 光源４で発生させた光を投光用光フアイバ
ー２で液面に投光し、反射した光を受光用光フア
イバー３で受光する。 (ハ) 受光した光強度を受光センサー５で電気出
力に変換し、その電気出力の大小から液面位置を
検出および測定する。 以上のようにして構成された反射式光フアイバ
ーセンサーを用いた光を透過し易い液体の液面検
出装置。
