Claims (1)
- 被測定物体の表面に向けて光源より照射した光
ビームの反射光を受光素子で受光させ、受光素子
の出力を基に被測定物体との間の距離を測定する
光学式変位測定器において、光源、受光素子、お
よび光学系レンズなどの各部品を収容したケース
に対し、その前面に開口した光路窓を覆つて透光
性窓板を取付けるとともに、該窓板に透光を妨げ
ない加熱ヒータを装着したことを特徴とする光学
式変位測定器。
