Claims (8)
- 固定要素(15;51)と、可動要素(14;52)と、可動要素(14;52)に固定された物理測定センサ(20)と、センサ(20)と固定要素(15;51)との間での情報の伝達を可能にする接続部とを含み、センサ(20)が、物理測定値を表す主信号を生成する装置(10、50)であって、主信号を光信号にする変換器(32、33)をさらに含み、変換器(32、33)は、可動要素(14;52)に固定されることと、接続部は、光路(16、17、18、19;53)であり、光信号は、固定要素(15;51)と可動要素(14;52)との間を光路(16、17、18、19;53)に沿って自由に伝播することと、センサ(20)は、接触することなく、固定要素からエネルギを受け取る電源モジュール(42)を含むこととを特徴とする、装置。
- 光路(16、17、18、19;53)は、装置(10、50)の不透過外装内に完全に収まることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 接続部は、センサ(20)と固定要素(15;51)との間での情報の双方向伝達を可能にするように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- センサ(20)は、電源モジュール(42)に接続された光電池(41)を含むことと、装置は、固定要素(15;51)に固定され、自由伝播により、光電池(41)に向かって光を放射するように配置された光放射体(40)を含むこととを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 光放射体(40)と光電池(41)との間での電気エネルギの伝達は、光路(16、17、18、19;53)を使用することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- センサ(20)は、電源モジュール(42)に接続されたアーマチュア巻線(61)を含むことと、装置は、固定要素(15;51)に固定された界磁巻線(60)を含むことと、固定要素(15;51)および可動要素(14;52)の特定の位置において、界磁巻線(60)およびアーマチュア巻線(61)は、センサ(20)に電力を供給するのに十分なエネルギ量を交換するために、互いに十分に接近することとを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- シリンダ(50)を含むことと、固定要素は、シリンダ(50)の本体(51)を形成することと、可動要素は、シリンダ(50)のステム(52)を形成することと、光路(53)は、シリンダ(50)のステム(52)内に配置されることとを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 特定の位置は、シリンダ(50)のいちばん端の位置の一方であることを特徴とする、請求項6および7に記載の装置。
