録再生用光とは異なる検出用光を照射する光源と
、該ピツクアツプに固定され、該光源から該デイ
スクに照射され、反射された該検出用光を受光す
る2つの受光素子と、2つの該受光素子の出力の
差を得る差動増幅器と、該差動増幅器の出力に対
応して該ピツクアツプと該デイスクとの相対的傾
きを調整する調整手段と、2つの該受光素子のう
ち少なくとも一方の出力のレベルから該デイスク
の有無を検出する検出手段とを備えることを特徴
とする光学式デイスク記録再生装置。 (2) 該検出手段は該差動増幅器の出力のレベル
を検出し、その検出時において2つの該受光素子
の出力のうち一方は、該差動増幅器への入力が阻
止されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載の光学式デイスク記録再生装置。 (3) 該検出手段による該差動増幅器の出力のレ
ベルの検出時においては、該調整手段による該ピ
ツクアツプと該デイスクとの相対的傾きの調整が
