    蹄形状の抵抗層を形成し、この抵抗層の両端からセラミ
    ック基板の一端に互いに離隔して電極端子を形成し、前
    記透孔に前記抵抗層上を摺動ずる摺動子の軸を回転可能
    に取り付けてなる半固定抵抗器において、 前記スラミツク基板の電極端子形成部分を、残余部に比
    較して薄肉部に形成したことを特徴とする半固定抵抗器
    。
