Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電極にリード線を導通させた正特性サーミ
    スタと、この正特性サーミスタを、一端側に設け
    た開口部を通して内部に収納する溝を有する熱伝
    導性の良好な磁器ケースとを備え、この磁器ケー
    スの前記溝内に収納された前記正特性サーミスタ
    と前記溝の内面との間に形成される隙間に熱伝導
    性の良好な充填材を充填し、更に、前記溝の開口
    部に、前記磁気ケース及び前記リード線に対する
    密着性の良好な封止材を充填して封止したことを
    特徴とする正特性サーミスタ装置。 (2) 前記磁器ケースは、アルミナ磁器で成るこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に
    記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。 (3) 前記充填材及び前記封止材は、耐熱性シリ
    コーン接着材で成ることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の正特性
    サーミスタ装置。 (4) 前記正特性サーミスタは、オーム性接触電
    極を有し、この電極の上に金属板で成る電極板を
    接着固定し、この電極板に前記リード線を接続し
    て成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第1項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。 (5) 前記正特性サーミスタは、厚み方向の両面
    に電極を形成した平板状のもので成ることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の正
    特性サーミスタ装置。
