図、第８図は同じく作られたさらに別の変形強化

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 周辺方向に延びる地面と係合する踏面部と、
    おのおのが環状の延びることのできないビード芯
    をもつ一対の側壁部と、前記ビード部分から該ビ
    ード部分まで、タイヤのまわりに円周方向に延び
    るカーカス構造体と、該踏面部と該カーカスとの
    間に配置された強化構造体とを有する車輌用空気
    タイヤにおいて、 前記強化構造体は、その横縁が軸方向内方に折
    返されており、従つて折返しのへりが該折返しベ
    ルトの主要部分の半径方向内方に配置されている
    少なくとも１個のベルトを包含する第１強化折返
    しベルト構造体と、該強化ベルト構造体の半径方
    向の内方か半径方向の外方かのどちらかに、また
    横縁が該第１強化層の横縁を越えて横に延び、重
    ねて配置されている少なくとも１個の強化ベルト
    を包含する第２強化切放しベルト構造体よりなり
    、該第１および第２強化構造体のコードが、高い
    係数をもつ材質の複数の平行なコードよりなり、
    該第１強化層はアラミドを含有する材質より造ら
    れ、該第２強化構造体は鋼により造られ、該第２
    強化ベルト層は、横縁が全周に沿つてゴム帯で被
    覆され、該折返しの端を越えて横方向に延びる距
    離が０．２５４cm（０．１インチ）から１．２７
    cm（０．５インチ）の範囲にあることを特徴とす
    る空気タイヤ。 ２ 前記強化構造体は、横縁が軸方向内側に折り
    返されており従つて折返しのへりが該折返しベル
    トの主要部分の半径方向外方に配置された少なく
    とも１個のベルトを包含する第１強化折返しベル
    ト構造体と、該第１強化ベルト構造体の半径方向
    外方に重ねて配置された少なくとも１個の強化ベ
    ルトをもちかつ、該第１強化層の横縁を越えて横
    方向に延びる横縁をもつ第２強化切放しベルト構
    造体よりなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の空気タイヤ。 ３ 前記強化構造体は、その横縁が軸方向内方に
    折返されており、従つて折返しのへりが該折返し
    ベルトの主要部分の半径方向外方に配置されてい
    る１個のベルトを包含する第１強化折返しベルト
    構造体と、該第１強化ベルト構造体の半径方向内
    方に配置された２個の切り放しベルト重ね層をも
    つ第２強化ベルト構造体よりなり、切り放しベル
    トの重なりは、該第１強化折返しベルト構造体が
    ０．２５４cm（０．１インチ）から１．２７cm（
    ０．５インチ）の範囲の距離にある該第１強化層
    の横縁を越えて横に延びる横の端をもつことによ
    り調整される実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の空気タイヤ。
