【発明の詳細な説明】
カテーテル、さぐり針、または類似な装置発明の背景
この発明は体腔内に差込もうとしまた長さの大部分にわたって27IL壁であり
ま九外方管が多数の毛細孔を通って外側に連通ずるカテーテル、さぐり針、また
は同様な装置に関する、
カテーテル、ざぐり針、および類似なものの差込みで起る問題は体腔の内側で粘
膜の乾燥と刺激とであり、これらのことは感染を生ずる。
米国特許第^−3,981,299号明細誓には尿道カテーテルが示してLl)
D、これが長さの1部分にわたって多数の穴を有する薄い可撓膜によりおおわれ
る。膜とカテーテルとの間の空所の中へ液体または他の物質を差込むことができ
る。全部の穴はたがいに連通ずる。
発明の目的おLび最も重要な′#徴
この発明の目的は粘膜を刺激することなしに差込むのが容易でありまた感染の危
険なしに長い差込み時間を可能にするカテーテル、さぐり針、または類似な装置
を提供することである。全部の穴がたがいに連通しなくて即ち洗浄剤の供給のた
めいくつかの穴を使うことができまた洗浄剤と可能な分泌液または類似なものの
排出のため他の穴を使うことは望ましい。さらにカテーテルは製造するのに簡単
でなければならない。この発明によれば、これは、内方壁が外側でおよび(tた
は)外方壁が内側で内方壁と外方壁との間に別個の縦方向の軸向き通路を作るだ
めの縦方向の輪郭製作部分を設け、軸向き通路には毛細孔を設けることにより達
成された。
添付図面に図示する1対の実施fllについて、この発明を詳細に以下に説明し
よう。
第1図はこの発明によるカテーテルを切欠いた斜視図で図示する。
第2図は第1図にLるカテーテルを通る横断面図である。
第3図はいくらか変型した設計によるカテーテルを通る縦断面図である。
第4図はカテーテルの後端部を通る1部分切欠いた断面図を図示する。
第5図はカテーテルの別な実施例を通る断面図を図示する。
実施例の説明
第1図に図示するカテーテル1は中央の流れ導管2とその半径方向外側に配置し
た多数の軸向き通路3とを有し、それらの軸向き通路3をカテーテル1の周囲に
そって規則的に配置する。軸向き通路3にはカテーテル1の外側から多数の非常
に小さな毛細孔4を設ける。粘膜の損傷を壁けるため、これらの毛細孔を第1゜
2図に図示するようにカテーテルlの外側の縦方向空所9の中に置くことができ
るか、またはこれらの毛細孔は外方にさら収りした縁部t−有することができる
(第3図)、。
軸向き通路3にたとえば圧縮空気源または流体圧を連結しLうとし、それでカテ
ーテル1の差込み中カテーテルの外側の潤滑を得ることができる。粘膜の刺激を
減じかつ感染の危険をなくすために、カテーテルの連続的か間欠的かの洗浄を差
込み時間中に行うことができることも可能である。軸向き通路3を圧力源と吸込
み源とに交互に連結することも可能であり、または一つ置きの軸向き通路3を圧
力源に連結しかつ他の軸向き通路を吸込み源に連結することも可能である。この
ように洗剤、可能な分泌液、おLび類似なものの排出を得ることができる。
毛細孔4を利用するもう一つの可能性は軸向き通路3にゲル状かクリーム状かの
薬剤を充てんすることであり、この薬剤は毛細孔との接触で体腔の壁をぬぐいか
つカテーテル1の外側に@滑を与える。十分な量の薬剤が軸向き通路3の中に現
れる限り、毛細孔4に、は毛細管作用にエリさらに多くの薬剤を充てんする。こ
のことは軸向き通路3t−第3図に図示するようにかチーチルlの導入端部で閉
じることを意味する。
カテーテルの製造を違ったように行うことができ、それらのやり方の一つは二つ
の管即ち内方丸管5と外方管6との同時引抜きであり、外方管6は軸向き通路3
を作るための縦方向の輪郭作製部分7を内側に有する。もちろん、その代り内方
の軸向き通路3にその外側に縦方向の輪郭作製部分7を設けることも可能であり
、それでは外方管6は平らであることができる。
外方管6′f:内方管即ち軸向き通路3工りいくらか短かくすることIcエリ、
軸向き通路3に圧縮空気、液体、クリームを供給するため連結部材8(第4図)
を連結することは可能である。もちろんカテーテル1を1体として製造すること
もできる。
この発明を図示しかつ前記した実施例に制限せず、多数の変型が一%−#4F−
請求の範囲各項の範囲内で可能である。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.体腔内に差込もうとしまた長さの大部分にわたって2重壁でありまた外方管 (6)が多数の毛細孔(4)を通って外側に連通するカテーテル,さぐり針、ま たは同様な装置において、内方壁(5)が外側でおよび(または)外方壁(6) が内側で内方壁(5)と外方壁(6)との間に別個の縦方向の軸向き通路(3) を作るための縦方向の輪郭製作部分(7)を設け、軸向き通路(3)には毛細孔 (4)を設けることを特徴とするカテーテル,さぐり針,または同様な装置。 2.軸向き通路(3)のうちいくつかを圧力原に連結するように配置し、他の軸 向き通路(3)を吸込み源に連結するように配置することを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項に記載のカテーテル.さぐり針.または類似な装置。 3.毛細孔(4)がカテーテルの外側で面取りした縁部を有することを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載のカテーテル.さぐり針、または類似な 装置。 4.毛細孔(4)をカテーテルの外側の空所(9)の中に配置することを特徴と する請求の範囲前記各項のうちのいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル、さぐり針、 または類似な装置。 5.カテーテルを同時に引抜いた二つの管、即ち内方管(5)と外方管(6)と で作り、内方管が外側でまた(または)外方管が内側で軸向き空所(3)を作る ための縦方向の輪郭製作部分(7)を設けることを特徴とする請求の範囲前記各 項のうちのいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル,さぐり針、または類似な装置。 6.連結部材(8)を外方管に連結させるため、外方管(6)がカテーテルの後 端部で内方管(5)より短かいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載のカテ ーテル、さぐり針、または類似な装置。
