Conventionally, the above-mentioned stacks of blank sheets are manually collected in an orderly manner on pallets located 2 to 3 meters apart, and transported to the next work site while being placed on this pallet. Manual movement of pallets is extremely inefficient and requires physical labor, and the present invention attempts to semi-automate such a work process.

The invention will be explained in more detail below by means of illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 is an explanatory external view showing the stacker of the present invention, and FIGS. 2A to 2D are explanatory views sequentially showing how the stacker operates. 1 indicates the end of the production machine, and A indicates the stack of blank sheets. 2 is a work table that can be moved up and down, and blank sheets are inspected on this work table. Let this collection of inspection items be A′. This collection of inspection items may also be packed into a cardboard box of a certain shape. Advance device lifting platform 3 that can advance this item
The position is regulated so that it can be moved vertically and horizontally. The table lifter 4 is a device on which the above-mentioned workbench 2 and advance device (hereinafter referred to as a lifting platform) 3 are mounted, and the table lifter has wheels 5 on the lower surface and can move freely on a horizontal surface. To describe the elevating table 3 of the advance device in more detail, reference numeral 6 denotes an elevating device that moves the elevating table 3 up and down. In the present invention, the lifting device is not limited to the device shown in the figure, and various means such as a hydraulic cylinder or a motor drive can be used. Reference numeral 7 denotes a forward feeding table, on which a stack of blank sheets is arranged and arranged in several pieces (designated as A'') and moved forward. At the front end of this lifting table 3, a phototube 8 is mounted. The front feed table 7 detects the stacking position level on the pallet and automatically moves the lifting table up and down to adjust the height.
It can be moved forward and backward by a motor drive or other known transport means instead of a hydraulic cylinder. A gate-shaped rising frame 10 is provided at the front edge of the lifting platform, and a hydraulic cylinder 13 is installed in the upper horizontal part of the frame 10, through which a rear comb 11 that moves up and down under the frame can take in and out a shaft 12 provided at the center of the upper part. Place it in the center. a is the tooth of the comb. A similar gate-shaped frame 14 is fixed on an elevator so that it can be adjusted back and forth depending on the size of the blank sheet. A front comb 15 that moves up and down on the lower surface of the frame 14 is fixed by a shaft 16 at the center of the upper part of the horizontal part of the frame 14, and the shaft 16 moves up and down by a hydraulic cylinder 17. The spacing between the upright frames 10 and 14 is adjusted according to the size of the stack of blank sheets as described above. 18 is a guide plate, and 19 is a guide plate fixing device. Reference numeral 20 designates a platform capable of stacking blank sheet stacks A'' to a height of approximately 1.5 m, that is, a pallet. The pallet is transported to other processes with the stacks loaded thereon. The surface of the feed table 7 has a corrugated shape as shown in the explanatory diagram showing the portion of FIG. 3 in order to facilitate the transfer of the stack of blank sheets. The structure should be such that the teeth a of the comb fit into the valley b, and the figure shows a part of the relationship between the teeth a of the comb and the front feeder 7 from the front, and c shows the waveform on the feeder. It shows the mountain.

To explain the operation of the semi-automatic stacker of the present invention, FIG. However, in Figure A, the stacking is completed and the front head comb 15 is being raised by the hydraulic cylinder 17 operating, and the rear head comb 11 has been raised completely.Next, the front feed table 7 is moved forward. It is pushed out by the hydraulic cylinder 9, but before that, the lifting device 6 of the lifting platform 3 is operated, the phototube 8 at the tip detects the position where the pallets are to be stacked, and the lifting platform is lowered to a suitable position. When the platform moves forward and is stopped by the limit device, the rear feed comb 11 is lowered. This state is shown in the diagram. Each comb 11, 15 remains in this state, and only the front feed platform 7 is stopped by the limit device. When the stack A'' begins to move backward under the action of the hydraulic cylinder 9, the stack A'' is lowered one after another to a predetermined position on the pallet, and the rear comb 11 stops the stack A'' at that position, resulting in the state shown in Fig. At the point where the feed base 7 has finished retracting, the front comb 15 comes down. This state is shown in Figure 2. Next, the lifting table 3 is returned to the height of the work table 2, and the next stack A' is placed on the advance table 7, returning to the state shown in Fig. A, forming one cycle.

There is also a method of placing the pallet 20 in a pit, but this is disadvantageous because it is restricted to the pit position, but according to the present invention, a pit is not necessary, and the table lift can be placed between the workbench 2 and the advance table 7. Both can be adjusted vertically and moved while keeping the stacker level, and the stacker position and the pallet position can be freely selected. In this way, the operations of each part can be electrically interlocked with each other, so that they operate extremely accurately, are labor-saving, and contribute greatly to cost reduction. By the way, the time for one cycle can be freely adjusted to about 10 to 20 seconds.
