In this embodiment, the workflow of the apparatus includes two cases:
when the paper stack is stacked, the method comprises the following steps:
1) the conveying lifting platform moves up and down along with the movement of the auxiliary frame until the upper surface of the main conveying belt 3a is flush with the conveying surface of the front conveying platform 11, the front conveying platform 11 and the main conveying belt 3a act together, and the paper stack 9 is input into the lifting conveying platform;
2) the main platform of the lifting conveying platform moves up and down to a stacking designated position along with the auxiliary frame again, the main platform conveying belt 3a and the paper supporting inserted rod 3d act together, the movable inserted rod extends out of the lifting main platform to drive the paper stack 9 placed on the movable inserted rod, and the paper stack 9 is conveyed to the paper aligning conveying platform;
3) the back paper-shooting mechanism acts, and the front door stop plate 5d and the main platform back paper-shooting plate 3e are utilized to shoot the paper stacks 9 on the movable inserted bar in an aligned manner;
4) after the inserted rod and the main table are moved, the paper beating plate 3e retracts to the lifting main table, so that the paper stack 9 falls onto an empty stack plate 13 or a stacked paper stack 12;
5) the left and right side clappers 4d are close to each other, and the left and right sides of the paper pile 12 are clapped evenly;
6) the left and right clapboards 4d are moved away from each other while the elevating conveying platform returns to prepare to receive the next sheet pile 9 of the preceding conveying table 11.
When the height of the piled paper pile 12 reaches a set value and a new paper pile 12 needs to be piled, the following steps are also needed to be completed:
7) the front stop door moving frame moves along the horizontal direction, the front stop door plate 5d is opened, and the finished product paper pile conveying platform 8 outputs the pallet 13 carrying the paper pile 12;
8) after the empty pallet push plate 10 pushes the pallet 13 out of the empty pallet placing table 7, the empty pallet is placed on a stacking position of a finished product paper stack conveying table 8, the front shutter moving frame moves to the position of the front shutter 5d along the horizontal direction to be matched with the pallet 13 placing position, and meanwhile, the lifting conveying platform receives the next paper stack 9 of the front conveying table 11 to stack a new paper stack 12.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic lifting type paper pile stacking and patting device is used for inputting a paper pile (9) and outputting the paper pile (12) after patting and stacking, and is characterized in that the device comprises a front conveying platform (11), a lifting main platform and a neat paper conveying platform which are sequentially arranged, wherein the lifting main platform comprises a main frame (1) and a lifting main platform assembly (3) arranged on the main frame (1), the lifting main platform assembly (3) moves along the vertical direction and is positioned in height, the lifting main platform assembly (3) conveys the paper pile (9) of the front conveying platform (11) to the neat paper conveying platform for patting and stacking, the neat paper conveying platform comprises a finished product paper pile conveying platform (8), a neat paper main frame (6) and a paper patting assembly arranged on the neat paper main frame (6), and the lifting main platform assembly (3) is matched with the paper assembly, the paper pile (9) is beaten to the front and back and beaten to the left and right, and the finished product paper pile conveying platform (8) outputs the paper pile (12) after the pile is piled.

The automatic lifting type paper pile stacking and patting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting main platform assembly (3) comprises a sub-frame (31), and a lifting conveying platform and a rear patting mechanism which are respectively arranged on the sub-frame (31), the sub-frame (31) drives the lifting conveying platform and the rear patting mechanism to move together along a vertical direction, the lifting conveying platform comprises a main platform conveying belt (3a), a paper supporting inserted bar (3d), a paper supporting inserted bar drive (3b) and a main platform conveying belt drive (3c), the main platform conveying belt (3a) and the paper supporting inserted bar (3d) are alternately arranged on the surface of the lifting conveying platform, the main platform conveying belt drive (3c) drives the main platform conveying belt (3a) to move, the paper supporting inserted bar drive (3b) drives the paper supporting inserted bar (3d) to move along a horizontal direction, stretch out and promote the main station, main station conveyor belt (3a) and support paper inserted bar (3d) and mutually support, will support paper buttress (9) on paper inserted bar (3d) and carry to neat paper and carry the platform in, back clapper mechanism and clapper subassembly mutually support, clap neat around to paper buttress (9).

The automatic lifting type paper pile stacking and patting device as claimed in claim 3, wherein a horizontal guide rail is arranged in the paper aligning main frame (6), the patting assembly comprises a left side patting mechanism (4) and a right side patting mechanism (4) which are respectively arranged on the paper aligning main frame (6) and a front door blocking mechanism (5), the left side patting mechanism (4) and the right side patting mechanism (4) comprise a side patting moving frame (4a) which is arranged in the horizontal guide rail of the paper aligning main frame (6), a left side patting plate (4d), a right side patting plate drive (4c) and a side patting position moving drive (4b) which are respectively arranged on the side patting moving frame (4a), the side patting moving frame (4a) is provided with a vertical guide rail, the left side patting plate (4d) and the right side patting plate (4d) are moved along the vertical guide rail by the side patting position moving drive (4c), close to each other, beat paper buttress (9) and neat to the side about, preceding shutter mechanism (5) and main board clapper board (3e) cooperation after, beat paper buttress (9) neat from beginning to end.

The automatic lifting type paper stack stacking and aligning device according to claim 5, further comprising an empty pallet placing table (7) connected with the finished paper stack conveying table (8) and an empty pallet pushing plate (10) arranged on the empty pallet placing table (7), wherein an empty pallet is placed on the empty pallet placing table (7), the empty pallet is pushed out of the empty pallet placing table (7) through the empty pallet pushing plate (10) and then placed on the finished paper stack conveying table (8) to serve as a base of paper stack stacking, and after the stacking height reaches a set value, the finished paper stack conveying table (8) outputs a pallet (13) loaded with a paper stack (12) through the front door blocking mechanism (5).

The automatic lifting type paper pile stacking and patting device as claimed in claim 5, wherein after the back patting mechanism finishes the front and back patting of the paper pile (9), the paper supporting inserted rod (3d) retracts to the lifting conveying platform, the paper pile (9) falls onto the stacked paper pile (12), the back patting bracket (3f) retracts, the main platform back patting plate (3e) swings back, and the left and right patting plates (4d) are separated from each other after the left and right patting plates (4d) are patted on the left and right sides of the paper pile (12).

The automatic lifting type paper pile stacking and patting device as claimed in claim 5, wherein after the main table conveying belt (3a) positions the paper pile (9) to the outlet position of the lifting conveying platform, the paper supporting insertion rod (3d) extends out, and when the paper supporting insertion rod (3d) extends to the farthest position, the front end of the paper pile (9) on the paper supporting insertion rod (3d) is aligned with the front door stop plate (5 d).
