The present invention utilizes a forward feed comb table that carries a certain amount of the above-mentioned stacked blank sheets and moves horizontally on the workbench, and a front feeder comb that moves up and down on the leading edge of the workbench in conjunction with this movement. This is a semi-automatic stacker that feeds pallets onto a pallet placed on a table lifter whose position can be adjusted.

The present invention will be explained below with reference to illustrated embodiments.
FIGS. 1A to 1D are cross-sectional explanatory diagrams showing the operating sequence of the stacker of the present invention, and also show the work cycle. Reference numeral 1 denotes a production machine, in which a collection A of blank sheets of a certain shape made of cardboard or cardboard is moved on a conveyor 2. Next, it is transferred to workbench 3, inspected, and then slid horizontally onto forward feed comb table 4, which moves horizontally forward on workbench A'.
Place them as shown in A''. In this case, the case is shown in which two stacks are placed on the advance comb table 4 (in reality, they are placed by hand, so they can be arranged freely in any shape). is made to be able to move back and forth horizontally using a hydraulic cylinder 5. A table lifter 7 is provided in a pit 6 at the leading edge of the workbench, and a pallet 8 for accumulation is placed on top of the table lifter 7. 8 is positioned almost horizontally with the workbench. In the figure, the already stacked stack group B is placed on the pallet 8, so the stack group B
The position is adjusted so that the top surface is almost parallel to the workbench 3, but the hydraulic cylinder 9 is located outside the leading edge of the workbench 3.
The front feed comb 10, which is moved up and down by the lever, has already risen and is pressing the front edge of the stack A'' with the leading edge of the advancing front feed comb table 4. Then, as shown in FIG. Under the action of the hydraulic cylinder 9, the front feed comb 10 is lowered with a stop point set at the limit L1 , and the front feed comb table 4 moves forward with the stop point set at the limit L2. Then, as shown in FIG.
rises and stops at limit L 4 , then
When the forward comb table 4 starts to move backward under the action of the hydraulic cylinder 5, the block A'' is correctly placed on the stack group B.The forward comb table 4 moves to the limit L3 to the original position shown in FIG. 1A. The table lifter 7 adjusts the stopping point and moves backward, and at the same time as the table lifter 7 stops, the table lifter 7 descends until the phototube 11 is no longer blocked by the integrated block A'' and stops. In this way, one cycle is formed. Normally, this cycle can be synchronized with the production machine for about 10 to 20 seconds.

The advance comb table 4 and the front comb 10 are driven by a hydraulic cylinder, but they may be driven by a motor instead of the hydraulic cylinder, and there are side surfaces on both sides of the advance comb table 4 on the workbench. It is a matter of course to provide a side guide plate 12 (described later) for regulating.

Next, the main points of the forward comb stand 4 and the front comb 10 will be explained. FIG. 2 is a perspective explanatory view showing the state shown in FIG. 1 D, in which 13 is the base of the comb stand 4, and 14 is a bar constituting the comb. Each bar is a freely rotating support rod 1 installed at right angles to the tip edge of the workbench.
The support rod 15 has rollers 1 at equal intervals to stabilize the bar.
6 may be inserted. On the other hand, the front comb 10 is lowered in this figure, and is provided with bars 18 passing from its base 17 at right angles between the bars 14 of the front comb base 4. As mentioned above, the forward feed comb table 4 and the front support comb 10 are moved horizontally and vertically by hydraulic cylinders, motor drives, and chain drives, respectively, and their positions are adjusted by the respective limits L 1 , L 2 , L 3 ,
Performed by L 4 . When the front comb 10 rises and stops from the state shown in this figure, the stack of blank sheets A is slid onto the front comb table 4 and the front comb 1
Adjust the edge by applying it to 0.

FIG. 3 is a perspective explanatory view showing a state in which the front comb 10 is raised and the forward comb table 4 moves forward and stops. In this state, the stack A'' is placed on the pallet 8 on the table lifter 7. The stack A'' is stacked on the pallet 8 with its position adjusted by retracting the advance comb table 4 with the front comb 10 raised and stopped.
In FIGS. 2 and 3, the drive mechanism of the forward feed comb base 4 and the front protection comb 10 is omitted, but 19 is a guide mechanism for stabilizing the vertical movement of the front protection comb 10.

Comb bar 14 provided on the forward comb stand 4
As shown in the explanatory diagram of FIG. 4, the bar 14 may be covered with a gutter-like structure 20 made of vertically divided polyvinyl chloride pipes, or the bar 14 may be a rectangular pipe made of iron or other metal. , or may be a circular tube. When the resin plate is used in this way, it becomes extremely slippery and can be transported extremely easily. Further, as shown in the explanatory view of FIG. 5, transport can be facilitated by attaching rolls 21 to both ends and attaching belts 22 to these. This belt may be driven or non-driven.

The semi-automatic stacker of the present invention can work on stacks of blank sheets such as heavy cardboard and cardboard containers by simply moving them horizontally (if you use an air table as the workbench, you can move them even more easily). There is no heavy labor involved in stacking items high on pallets, and this makes it possible for long hours of work or for women to work, which was previously impossible. Since heavy labor becomes light work, the efficiency (operating speed) of production machines can be significantly improved compared to conventional methods, and this will serve as a stepping stone to even more automation.
