Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a semiautomatic stacker, which comprises a forward feeding comb bed arranged to be movable horizontally on the work table while carrying thereon a predetermined amount of articles to be stacked and a front stopper comb arranged to be moved vertically in association with the movement of said forward feeding comb bed, whereby it is enabled to improve efficiency of operation in stacking articles on the pallet.
CONSTITUTION: Forward feeding comb bed 4 is moved forward horizontally by means of cylinder 5. Table lifter 7 is provided in a pit 6 at the front of work table 3, and pallet 8 on which articles are to be stacked is placed on the lifter 7. Further, forward feeding comb 10 arranged to be vertically movable by means of hydraulic cylinder 9 is provided at the front end portion of work table 3. When the comb 10 is raised upward, front end of articles A" stacked on comb bed 4 is stopped by the comb 10 at the front end of comb bed 4. When the comb 10 is lowered by the signal afforded from switch L1, comb bed 4 is moved forward onto pallet 7 and comb 10 is raised again to its upper position. Then, comb bed 4 is retracted to its original position, leaving articles A" neatly at position B.
