Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ウエハ検査用のＸＹテーブルと、カートリッジに収納さ
    れた多数のウエハを１枚すね順次に前記ＸＹテーブルに
    搬入する為のローダと搬送機構、及び検査済みウエハを
    該ＸＹテーブルから搬出する為の搬送機構ち、ウエノ・
    を収納するアン西−ダと、険査結果によって搬出された
    検査済みウエハを検査結果に基づいて分類する手段とを
    備え、検査合格品を前記のカートリッジに収納し極査不
    合格品を排除するように構成したウエハ検査装置におい
    て、前記のＸＹテーブルに未検査ウエハを搬入する方向
    と、検査済みウエハを搬出する方向との為す角度を１８
    ０゜以外の角度としたことを特徴とするウエハ検査装置
    。
