Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は包装袋体のヒートシール方法及び器具
に関するものである。
従来レトルト袋、真空包装、ガスパツク等のよ
うな袋の内部に圧力の変化を与える加工を施する
ことに用いられる袋には根切れの現象がよく発生
する。この根切れの現象とは第1図の切断面図で
示されている2つの被接着部材1,1aのシール
2が施された部分と、シールが施されている部分
との境目に当る矢印の部分から破袋することをい
う。
本発明は以上のような根切れ現象を防止するた
めに発明されたものである。
すなわち、包装袋体の被接着部材同志をヒート
シールするに当り、周縁の完全シール部に引続い
て内側に向い断続的に接合される部分シール部を
形成し、該部分シール部が完全シール部から内側
のシールを施さない部分に向つて、その接合面積
が大なる状態から小なる状態に順次移行形成され
るようにヒートシールすることを特徴とする方法
と、この方法の実施に直接使用されるヒートシー
ルバーとして完全シール部がベタ柄、碁盤柄、線
柄からなり、部分シールがぼかし状の網点で構成
されたものを特徴とするものである。
本発明は以上のように包装袋体の周縁の完全シ
ール部に引続いて内側に向う部分シール部を施す
ことによつてシールした部分とシールしない部分
の厳しい境目をなくし根切れを防ぐことができ
る。
以下図面に示す実施例について説明する。
第2,3図において、包装袋体の2つの被接着
部材1,1aは、周縁の完全シール部2とその内
側の部分シール部3とでシール部を構成してい
る。しかして完全シール部2はヒートシールバー
にベタ柄、碁盤柄、線柄を施すことによつて得ら
れ、部分シール部3はヒートシールバーにぼかし
状の網点模様を施すことによつて得られる。
もつとも部分シール部3はぼかし状の網点模様
のものではなくともよく、完全シール部からシー
ルを施さない部分に向つて、接合面積が大なる状
態から小なる状態に順次移行されるものならば、
どのような形状模様のものでもよい。すなわち、
図示の網点は大きな点滴から小さな点滴に順次移
行形成されているが、同じ大きさのものを密なる
状態から粗なる状態に移行するものでもよい。
以上のようにヒートシールすれば、レトルト袋
など内圧が高まる用途のものであつても、シール
した部分とシールしない部分との間に厳しい境目
がないから根切れの発生はない。
一般に製袋のヒートシールバーは8〜10m/m
巾で碁盤柄、ベタ柄、線柄のものが多いが、この
ようなヒートシールバーであると、シール面、す
なわちシールされた部分とシールされない境目か
ら破袋することが多い。
しかし本発明のヒートシールバーは、巾12m/
mとし、8mmは従来通りの碁盤柄、ベタ柄、線柄
のシールとするも、4m/mは部分シールするこ
とによつて、シール部分とシールしない部分の境
目を実質的になくして根切れを防止することがで
きるという特徴がある。
なお、本発明は袋の接着部の他テープ同志の接
合に用いても効果がある。

第1図は従来の袋のシール状態を示す部分切断
面図、第2図は本発明方法及び器具によつて形成
された袋のシール部分の部分平面図、第3図は同
上切断面図である。 1,1a……被接着部材、2……完全シール
部、3……部分シール部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 包装袋体の周縁をヒートシールするに当り、
    周縁の完全シール部に引続いて内側に向い断続的
    に接合される部分シール部を形成し、該部分シー
    ル部を完全シール部から内側のシールを施さない
    部分に向つて、その接合面積が大なる状態小から
    なる状態に順次移行形成されるようにヒートシー
    ルすることを特徴とする包装袋体のヒートシール
    方法。 2 完全シール部がベタ柄、碁盤柄、線柄からな
    り、部分シール部がぼかし状の網点で構成された
    包装袋体の周縁ヒートシールバー。
