Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a root break liable to occur just near to a sealed part by providing a partially-sealed part continuously to a fully-sealed part when heat sealing is applied to stuck members. CONSTITUTION:On applying heat sealing to two stuck members 1 and 1a, a partially-sealed part is formed contiguously to a fully-sealed part 2, to which the heat sealing is applied so that the sealed area of the partially-sealed part reduces consecutively from the fully-sealed part toward the part where the sealing is not applied. It is preferable that the fully-sealed part is sealed with a solid, checkered or linear pattern, while the partially-sealed part being sealed with graded meshes.
