２図における要部の電気回路図、第６図のＡ，’Ｂ，Ｃ
は製氷工程を示す断面図でＡは製氷中、Ｂは製氷完了直
前、Ｃは製氷完了の状態、第７図は製氷完了状態をさら
に詳細に示す断面図、第８図のＡ， Ｂ， Ｃ， Ｄ，
は除氷工程を示す断面図、第９図Ａは周囲温度が高い場
合及び低い場合における製氷時間に対するカット枠の温
度変化を示した曲線図、第９図Ｂは本考案によるタイマ
装置の作動時間内に氷結して得られた氷塊を示す図、第
９図Ｃは本考案によるタイマ装置が作動して得られた氷
塊を示す図、第１０図は本考案を板氷の自動製氷機に実
施した場合の要部の電気回路図である。 １０は製氷室（製氷部）、１１は第１仕切板、１２は製
氷小室、１３は外面部、１４は蒸発器、１５は断熱材、
１７はボルト、１８はカット枠、１９は第２仕切板、２
０は角室、Ｄは間隙、２３は噴出孔、２４は噴出パイプ
、２５は分流室、２６は製氷水タンク、２７は製氷水ポ
ンプ、２７ａはファンモータ、２８は氷案内板、３１は
氷（角氷）、３１ａは連結部、−３１ｂは薄氷、３２は
貯氷部、３３はコンプレッサ、３３ａは吐出管、３４は
ホットガス弁、３５は凝縮器、３６はドライヤ、３７は
キャピラリチューブ、３９はアキュームレータ、４０は
吸入管、４１はホットガスパイプ、４２は感温手段の切
換接点、４３は感温手段（温度検知装置）、５０は製氷
運転回路、Ｔはタイマ装置、Ｔ１はタイマ装置の接点、
Ｔ′ｈ１は製氷サー゜モ、Ｔｌ１２は除氷サーモ、Ｘ１
はリレーである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 製氷部１０に製氷用水を供給する製氷水ポンプ２７を含
    む製氷運転回路５０と、該製氷部における製氷完了温度
    及び除氷完了温度に応答して開閉する接点を有する温度
    検知装置４ ３，， Ｔｈ，， Ｔｈ２とを備え、該温
    度検知装置の前記接点は、前記製氷運転回路を製氷完了
    温度の検知時に開路し、除氷完了温度の検知時に閉路す
    るべく該製氷運転回路に接続されている自動製氷装置に
    おいて、前記製氷運転回路５０の閉路時から所定時間後
    に開成する接点Ｔを有するタイマ装置Ｔを備え、該接点
    Ｔ１が前記製氷水ポンプ２７に直列に接続されているこ
    とを特徴とする自動製氷装置。
