Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）スラストランナーと対向するベースプレートに複
    数個の軸受セグメントが円周方向に等間隔おきに配設さ
    れ、該軸受セグメントに、ベースプレートに固定された
    スペーサに一端が固定されかつ軸受面を構成する、トッ
    プフォイルと、該トップフォイルを支持するごとくトッ
    プフォイルとベースプレート叩に配設されかつ弾性を有
    する波形状のバンプフォイルとから成る動圧型スラスト
    気体軸受において、前記バンプフォイルとトップフォイ
    ルとの間に、トップ了オイノレと協働して微少空間を構
    成するようスタビライジングフォイルを設けたことを特
    徴とする動圧型スラスト気体軸受。
  2. （２）バンプフォイルとスタビライジングフォイルとの
    闇に、一端がスペーサに固定されかつバンプフォイルの
    平坦面部に対応して湾曲部を有するレストリクションフ
    ォイルを設けて成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項
    記載の動圧型スラスト気体軸受。
