Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スラストランナーと対向するベースプレートに
    複数個の軸受セグメントが円周方向に等間隔おき
    に配設され、該軸受セグメントは、ベースプレー
    ト上に配設されかつ弾性を有する波形状のバンプ
    フオイルを備えて成る動圧型スラスト気体軸受に
    おいて、前記バンプフオイルはその高さが前縁側
    から後縁側に向つて途中位置まで漸次高くなるよ
    う形成されると共に、この途中位置から後縁位置
    まで漸次低くなるよう形成され、かつ該バンプフ
    オイル上には軸受面が略突状に成る剛体のベアリ
    ングパツドが配置され、ベアリングパツドの後縁
    はスラストランナー側へ湾曲形状を有することを
    特徴とする動圧型スラスト気体軸受。
