    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転軸の軸受部から間隔を開けて配置される軸
    受支持部材と、該軸受支持部材の表面に沿つて配
    置され弾性付与のために凹凸表面形状を有するバ
    ンプフオイルと、前記回転軸の軸受部と該バンプ
    フオイルとの間に配置されて気体膜によつて前記
    回転軸を支持する薄膜状のトツプフオイルとから
    なり、前記バンプフオイルの一端が該支持部材に
    固定されるとともに他端が自由端とされ、該自由
    端が前記固定された一端の上まで延長されること
    を特徴とする動圧式気体軸受。
