Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 受け部と回転軸の間にフロート軸受を緩嵌した
    動圧軸受装置において、前記回転軸とフロート軸
    受との隙間に面する回転軸表面もしくはフロート
    軸受内周面に溝中心部が高圧となるような動圧を
    生じるヘリングボーン形溝を刻設し、前記フロー
    ト軸受と受け部との隙間に面するフロート軸受表
    面もしくは受け部内周面に、前記回転軸表面もし
    くはフロート軸受内周面に刻設したヘリングボー
    ン溝中心を挾んで両側に高圧を生じるヘリングボ
    ーン形溝を刻設し、前記フロート軸受もしくは受
    け部内周面に刻設したヘリングボーン形溝中央に
    溝を周設し、前記フロート軸受に、前記周設溝中
    央及び前記回転軸もしくはフロート軸受のヘリン
    グボーン溝中心と同位相となる位置に一個又は複
    数個のオリフイスを穿設したことを特徴とする動
    圧軸受装置。
