Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 互いに対向する軸受面を有する一対の部材を備
    え、上記軸受面の間に流体を満たして上記一対の
    部材のうちの一方の部材に回転によつて上記流体
    が動圧を発生するようにした動圧流体軸受であつ
    て、 上記部材に流体収納用の凹部を、その凹部の流
    体が遠心力により上記一対の軸受面の間に導かれ
    る箇所に設けると共に、上記凹部の周縁部を上記
    軸受面に対して傾斜した傾斜面をなすように形成
    している動圧流体軸受。
