Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハウジング１２に軸１１の一部を収納すると共
に、上記ハウジング１２の内周面または軸１１の
外周面の少なくとも一方に溝を設けて、上記軸１
１のハウジング１２に対する相対的な回転により
、軸１１とハウジング１２との間の流体に動圧を
発生させて、ラジアル方向に軸１１を支持するよ
うにした動圧型軸受装置において、 上記軸１１の端面１１ａに設けた内側磁石１４
と、 上記円筒形のハウジング１２の端部１２ａに、
上記軸１１の端面１１ａの中心より軸方向に突出
した支持部１６に貫通されるように、かつ、上記
内側磁石１４の外端面に、内端面を対向させて同
極を対向するように設けた中間磁石１３と、 上記支持部１６に、上記中間磁石１３の外端面
に内端面を対向させて同極を対向するように、か
つ、軸方向に移動可能に設けた外側磁石１５とを
備えたことを特徴とする動圧型軸受装置。
