Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 支持部材の内周面側に、該内周面の周方向に沿
    つて断面円弧状の円弧部が配列された凹凸形状を
    有するバンプフオイルを配置し、該バンプフオイ
    ルの内周面側に薄板から成るトツプフオイルを配
    置して、バンプフオイルでトツプフオイルを弾性
    的に支持するとともにトツプフオイル内に配置さ
    れる回転軸をトツプフオイルとの間の気体膜を介
    して支持する動圧式気体軸受において、軸受中心
    よりも下側にある前記バンプフオイルの円弧部の
    弦長を、上側にある円弧部の弦長よりも小さくし
    たことを特徴とする動圧式気体軸受。
