    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸受面を構成する表面部材を弾性支持して成るバンプフ
    ォイルを備えた気体軸受において、前記表面部材の下面
    に、レくンプフォイルの平担面部に対応する位置に該バ
    ンプ７フォイル側に突出するごとく形成された突出部を
    有するレストリクションフォイルを設けたことを特徴と
    する気体軸受。
