Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）スラストランナーと対向するベースプレートに複
    数個の軸受セグメントが円周方向に等間隔おきに配設さ
    れ、該軸受セグメントは、ベースプレートに固定された
    スペーサに一端が固定されかつ軸受面を構成するトップ
    フォイルと、該トツ７゜フオ才ルを支持するごとくトッ
    プフオイルとベースプレート間に配設されかつ弾性を有
    する波形状のバンブフォイルとから成る動圧型スラスト
    気体軸受におりて、前記バヅプフォイルの高さを前縁側
    よりも後縁側が大となるよう構成したことを特徴とする
    動圧型スラスト気体軸受。
  2. （２） 前記ベースプレートには、該ベースプレート
    とパンプフォイルとの間に位置するごとくペデスタルが
    固定されて成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載
    の動圧型スラスト気体軸受。
  3. （３）前記ペデスタはスペーサより若干高さが大となる
    よう形成されて成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項
    又は第（２）項記載の動圧型スラスト気体軸受。
  4. （４）バンプフォイルの外周側の高さが内周側の高さよ
    り僅かに大きくなるよう形成されて成る実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第（１）項、第（２）項又は第（３）項記載の
    動圧型スラスト気体軸受。
