  1. 立形回転軸の外周に固着された筒状のランナー、このラ
    ンナーの下面に配置され上記ランナーを支持する複数個
    の軸受パッド、およびこれら軸受パッドの下面に配置さ
    れ該軸受パッドからの推力荷重度合によって変形可能に
    構成されたパッド支えを備えてなる推力軸受装置。
