図は二の考案の一実施例によるスラスト軸受装置を示す
縦断面図である。 図において、１は回転軸、２はスラストランナ、３は静
圧型油膜軸受、７は磁気軸受である。尚、図中同一符号
は同−又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 回転軸に設けられたスラストランナの下方に配設され、
上記スラストランナを介して上記回転軸のスラスト荷重
を支持する静圧型油膜軸受と、上記スラストランナの上
方に配設され、上記スラストランナを吸引することによ
り上記回転軸のスラスト荷重を支持する磁気軸受とを備
えたことを特徴とするスラスト軸受装置。
