本考案に係２る動圧型スラスト気体軸受の他の実施例を
示す要部断面図、第７図はバンプフォイルの他の実施例
を示す一部斜視図、第８図は本考案に係る動圧型スラス
ト気体軸受のさらに他の実施例を示す要部断面図、第９

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）スラストランナーと対向するベースプレートに複
    数個の軸受セグメントが円周方向に等間隔おきに配設さ
    れ、該軸受セグメントは、ベースプレートに固定された
    スペーサに一端が固定されかつ軸受面を構成するトップ
    フォイルと、該トップフォイルを支持するごとくトップ
    フォイルとベースプレート間に配譚されかつ弾性を有す
    る波形状のバンプフォイルとから成る動圧型スラスト気
    体軸受において、前記バンプフオイルの波形部のピッチ
    を前縁側よりも後縁側が小となるよう構成したことを特
    徴とする動圧型スラスト気体軸受。
  2. （２）前記ベースプレートには、該ベースプレートとバ
    ンプフォイルとの間に位置するごとくペデスタルが固定
    されて成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の動
    圧型スラスト気体軸受。
  3. （３）前記ベデスタルはスペーサより若干高さが大とな
    るよう形成されて成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）
    項又は第（２）項記載の動圧型スラスト気体軸受。
  4. （４）パンプフォイルの外周側の高さが内周側の高さよ
    り僅かに大きくなるよう形成されて成る実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第（１）項、第（２）項又は第（３）項記載の
    動圧型スラスト気体軸受。
