    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 支承面上に弾性フオイルが積層されて形成され
    、流体膜圧力により回転軸を支承するための流体
    軸受において、上記軸受面上に流体膜を形成する
    ための軸受フオイルと、該軸受フオイルと上記支
    承面との間に設けられ、上記軸受フオイルの振動
    を吸収しつつこれを上記支承面上に支持すべくそ
    の両面に軸周方向に沿つて互い違いに配置された
    凹部を有するバネ・ダンプフオイルとを備えたこ
    とを特徴とする流体軸受構造。
