Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a universal burn-in board, by connecting an input pulse/ power source supply section to a socket for packaging ICs through an input/output pin switching section in such a manner as to make the connection changeable according to the type of IC. CONSTITUTION:Input pulse parts P1-P13 of an input pulse/power source supply section J0 are short-circuited to terminals 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 12 and 13 by inserting mini jumpers M for short-circuiting each comprising two pipes C and D coupled electrically into rapping pins A and B located at the respective positions. The power source Vcc and the GND are short-circuited to terminals 14 and 7 respectively with the mini jumpers M by the same means. 〜J1−ま第2図に示すようにICIピン当り2本のラ
ッピングピンA、Bによって構成されている。また入力
パルス及び電源供給部JOにおける入力パルス部P1〜
Pill電源、VccおよびGNDとそれぞれに対応す
る端子も同様に第2図に示すラッピングピンA、Bによ
って構成されている。
