Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は射出成形機に関するものである。射
出成形機において、溶融樹脂を射出するシリンダ
の加熱および温度制御は、成形品の品質管理上重
要な要因である。とりわけシリンダノズル部分が
外気により冷されたりすると品質不良を誘発しや
すい。

つぎに図面について説明する。
基台１の上に固定側型部２および可動側型部３
が設けられる。可動側型部３はラム４により固定
側型部２に接離自在である。射出部５には樹脂材
料を投入するホツパー６、樹脂を溶融して射出す
るシリンダ７などが設けられる。シリンダ７の先
端にシリンダノズル８が設けられる。このシリン
ダノズル８を固定側型部２に配設したスプループ
ツシユ９に接合させて溶融樹脂を射出するもので
ある。基台１上のシリンダ７が進退する部分には
断熱保温カバー１０が設けられる。この断熱保温
カバー１０は石綿などの不燃性でかつ断熱保温効
率のよいものを用いる。その長さは、必ずしもシ
リンダ７を全部おおう必要はないが、少くともシ
リンダノズル８部分が外気の影響をうけない程度
の長さは必要である。この断熱保温カバー１０は
既存の射出成形機に取付けて用いることができる
ことはいうまでもない。
