Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 端部の一方が金型内のキヤビテイに溶融樹脂
を注入するヘツド部であり、且つ他方の端部が加
熱手段と接触する加熱部であるノズルにおいて、 該ノズルには、ノズルのヘツド部と加熱部とを
連結する、熱の良導体であるベリリウム銅等の金
属によつて形成されるノズル本体と、 ノズル本体の先端に着脱自在に取り付けられ、
前記ノズル本体を形成する金属よりも低熱伝導度
の金属によつて形成されるヘツド部と、 ノズル本体の外側面及びヘツド部との当接面に
形成される断熱層とを具備することを特徴とする
射出成形用ノズル。 ２ ノズルが射出成形機の射出シリンダ先端に取
り付けられる請求項第１項記載の射出成形用ノズ
ル。 ３ 金型が金型内のキヤビテイに溶融樹脂を案内
する樹脂通路部を加熱して成形するホツトランナ
式金型であつて、ノズルが前記樹脂通路の端部に
取り付けられ、前記キヤビテイに溶融樹脂を注入
する請求項第１項記載の射出成形用ノズル。 ４ ノズルのヘツド部がステンレス鋼によつて形
成される請求項第１項記載の射出成形用ノズル。 ５ 断熱層がセラミツク層である請求項第１項記
載の射出成形用ノズル。
